    Amazon has a very sorted and user-friendly password recovery process. it's very common for users to forget and lose their passwords. Follow the step by step instructions below to recover and reset your Amazon password.

    If you fail to log in to your Amazon account with the newly generated password, follow the same steps again. it may result in some technical error that your password was not successfully changed. If still are not ready to do so, it's suggested that you contact the customer support team of Amazon. you will definitely get a resolution from there. it's advised to do that immediately.

    Amazon password recovery using your registered email id.
    1. go to your browser in any internet enabled device and go to the official Amazon website. make sure you have got a strong internet connection.
    2. try to log in to your Amazon account using the registered email id and check out to fill in the password that you last remember. If it shows incorrect password, click on forgot my Amazon password.
    3. you may be taken to the password recovery page of the Amazon web site.
    4. you may be required to fill your recovery email id there then fill the CAPTCHA code to verify that you are not a robot or a minor. after doing that, click on continue.
    5. you may see a pop-up notification saying that a recovery email has been sent to your registered email id.
    6. Open a new tab and log in to your recovery email account. Open the e-mail from Amazon that you} have just received. it will be containing a link for the password recovery.
    7. Open the recovery link and follow the instructions any. you will be redirected to the recovery page where you can generate a new password for your Amazon account.
