Therefore, what is required to become wealthy in this universe  No BS Manifesting Course anyway, you may be wondering? First, you have to develop the mind of a Millionaire, and the rest will follow. If you have a willing heart, you too can become a success. You must understand yourself first and then people will have the ability to know you. Trust in yourself and other people will place their trust in you too. There are many challenges to optimum success, but perhaps the biggest obstacle we personally face is ourselves. Many people spend more time and effort providing reasons why something cannot be done, and often blaming others for "failures," while not spending sufficient time looking into what we need to do to make ourselves more successful. Tony Robbins has written and said, "Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible." The mere setting of goals is the first step to opening up one's mindset to alternatives, opportunities and ways to achieve and accomplish one's goals.

An individual begins his tenure as a leader of an organization. In my over three decades of working with leaders, I have witnessed both incredibly successful transitions and beginnings, as well as ones that never seem to "get off the ground," plus nearly everything in between. Those leaders who become the most effective have a vision for why they want to lead a particular organization as well as what they, would like to accomplish. From this vision, great leaders always develop and identify clear cut goals and aspirations. Having these goals is absolutely necessary to develop a viable plan for implementing a vision. Without identifiable goals to strive for, I have never seen anyone become truly effective in leadership.
