    The final decision to stop using the microwave altogether came with a loud "bang". Ours blew up! We took that as a sign that it was time to walk our talk and find a healthier option!Many scientists believe that microwaving food changes the biochemistry of the food itself in ways that negatively impact our health.Microwave ovens have a "tube" of electrons. These electrons interact with the magnetic and electronic energy to become micro wavelengths. This is the radiation that interacts with the molecules in our food. Microwaves cause massive vibration in the food molecules, which is what heats it up so quickly.However, this "agitation" of the molecules deforms them and we end up with new, unnatural compounds that our innate physiology doesn't recognize. It's like creating "franken-foods". These foreign compounds in microwaved food have been shown to damage our immune systems, digestive systems, and even our blood.
